At The Chi Hsuan Min Kung Fu Academy,

we have our own “In-House Gym” with over

450 pounds of Free Weights for you to use.

Aside from being a Martial Arts Instructor, Sifu Angelo is also

a dedicated Weight Lifting Trainer. People are amazed that

this is him at age 47.

 

BODY CONDITIONING 

Bruce Lee believed that any serious Martial Artist

should also “condition their body” to withstand

the onslaught of any oncoming attacks as well.

 

FITNESS IS THE PATHWAY

Our instructor take fitness “SERIOUS”, so much so

that one of the first thing he decided to do when

he opened his Kung Fu school was to install

a In-House Gym. 

If your instructor isn’t in good shape themselves

then that person is probably not someone

you should be learning Martial Arts from.

 

AWE INSPIRING!!!

When you think of Kung Fu, you think of

the Monks at the Shaolin Temple and

some of the legendary things they can do.

Though our teacher is not a Shaolin Monk,

our teachings come directly from

the Shaolin Temple; thus we abide by

many of the same principals

as the Shaolin Monastery

when it comes to body conditioning.

The result is our instructor can do some

pretty awe inspiring things.

We don’t expect you to be able to do

the same things he can do; only to be “inspired”

by him in seeing what the results of good fitness training looks like.

There are different methods used to condition the body.

In Kung Fu, we prefer to use “Kinetic Exercises”

because they condition the body to be able to

support its own weight for long durations.

Muscle mass looks impressive, but it can

slow a person down in a fight. Not enough

muscle mass can lead to ones techniques

being ineffective on their opponent.

But whether you wish to slim down or bulk up,

our instructor Sifu Angelo can help you get the body

you’ve always desired.
