Iyengar yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga which places an emphasis on detail, precision and the alignment of the body during the performance of various different postures known as (asana); in conjunction with various different breath control techniques known as (pranayama). The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the use of asana postures.

Combat Kuntao Silat
Combat Kuntao Silat is a modernized fighting system meant for "Real World" urban street fight scenarios.
It consist of fast multiple close quarter attacks using elbow strikes, arm bars, eye gouges, arm locks, take downs, leg locks, neck cranks and more.
It provides very useful and effective fast techniques for individuals who are in security or law enforcement as it teaches one how to quickly immobilize a would be suspect and put them in a position for maximum compliance.
This class is "NOT" taught to beginners, only to our Advanced Black Belt students as Kuntao Silat is a very deadly art which must be used responsibly.
Students who have never taken any form of martial arts before would best benefit from this class.
Our Kickboxing class is primarily used as a training method to help Novice students learn how to throw and dodge jabs, develop footwork and as well hand and eye coordination.
But its also great for building stamina as it is a great cardio exercise, especially when done in conjunction with our 2 minute gym timer.
So come in during your lunch break for a quick 30 minute work out. You'll burn cabs, get off some pint up aggression and have fun while your doing it.
Part of our "36 Chambers", this class is "NOT" for the faint of heart.
